In EXPOLINGUA , Lisbon 23th october we explained the role of our company in some Spanish an Portuguese law in translation disputes and falseness . Right now we are looking for ways and chances to improve "Legalisation, notarisation, etc, according to the national requirements" in several countries looking for sensitive translation mistakes and criminal falsehood in some extreme cases.

However, on 19th January 2005 we received a request on behalf or AENOR by Miguel Núñez from "Eurolink traductors sl" asking to delete the text of the norm draft that he saw published here for free. And we deleted it.

We are not sure about the rights of AENOR to forbid prEN 15038 draft publication here, but we do not want to publish anything like that, and now we think that whatever norm (or norm draft) that can not be published for free is very dangeruous. Now we are only interested in legal and expert witnessing approaches to translation conflicts, and we suspect that  prEN 15038 draft norm project is good for very few companies. We shall keep a very critical attitude until we know more about what is going on in AENOR CEN and translation services companies involved.
