INFORMAL AND INCOMPLETE INFORMATION ABOUT "MAYBE PARTNERS " IN EUROPE

We are trying to contact as many as we can in order to have a meeting in Brussels as soon as possible, so we must to work in this kind of "Who is Who" in European MAGIC and ILLUSIONISM. And we need links from/to this page and to http://www.cita.es/telemagic

At this moment we already have to consider these EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST from:

Portugal: "We are of course interested in being a partner in this project. As I mentioned before our area of expertise is TV and project dissemination. Please tell us how can we be of service and how can we offer our expertise in any projects that involve Magic and Illusionism?" (detailed maybe partner brochure avalaible in Word).

Germany: "Maybe partner is OK...to participate in a EU-funded research project which is going in such a direction would be a very challenging enterprise for us...We haven't thought yet about whether our technologies could be used for Illusionism - even if Realtime 3D and Virtual Reality and - with many restrictions - holographic projection are "illusionary" techniques by definition which are becoming more and more powerful and affordable - even holographic TV is at the horizon...As far as I know the European Commission they would be pretty interested to have such an extraordinary project in their portfolio. To be more concrete: there is a research objective opening around 17/6/2003, which has a closing deadline for applications 15/10/2003. It is called Cross-Media Content for leisure and entertainment. One could expect to start with the project half a year later, if it gets approved. If you are planning to submit a proposal within the 6th framework programme about MAGIC AND ILLUSIONISM we would be very interested to participate as a technology/content partner in such a project" (detailed maybe partner brochure avalaible in PDF).

Sweden: "I am working as a magician in Sweden and I heard about the "TELEMAGIC" Project through a business contact of mine. I've been working full time as well as part-time w/ magic and illusions for 21 years now, ever since I was nine years old, and I know quite a lot about the magic world, concearning tricks, illusions, effects, props and how to create magic. I would say that I'm quite skillful when it comes to this area, cause I've been working with this both on stage and for  adults/children. Feel free to call me anytime if you are interested in having me as a consultant and / or a part of the European team.

Italy: "Now we are already working for a innovation project and so we are interest to identify the "terms of partnership"  with you and the possibility to be in your project".

United Kingdom: At this moment we have several messages from England with a lot of questions and references but it seems really difficult to explain www.cita.es/telemagic in English for real English people. We hope that a first British partner can translate for them soon, and their questions only after any EXPRESSION OF INTEREST.

"Cooperación Internacional en Tecnologías Avanzadas (C.I.T.A.) SL" is the project manager from Spain. We do not publish any "maybe particular partner" from Spain because we have so many that we need at least 50% from any other country in Europe and no Spanish member can be accepted without another one from other country. Members from non-European countries must look for at least 2 European members partnership supporting every non-European one. Serious candidates for a partnership must sign a NON-DISCLOSURE-AGREEMENT (NDA) that we can send as soon as we receive and accept an EXPRESSION OF INTEREST about http://www.cita.es/telemagic
